Delivery and returns
We only ship as registered mail with a tracking number. International shipping is free.
Delivery time to Europe destinations usually is 7- 10 business days, to everywhere else about 2 weeks. Sometimes the delivery can take longer than the estimated time, feel free to contact us at any time if you haven’t received your package after a while.
Please make sure that the shipping address you have provided is correct.
If your delivery address is within the EU, Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in your total price. Customs and taxes may be added if bought outside EU. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please contact your customs office for further details.

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
When you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that custom orders (products with initials) cannot be returned or refunded.
